Prior to joining Capital Insight. Neal held vanous underwriting and origination roles at STORE Capital. a credit focused publicly traded net-lease REIT specializing in middle-market transactions. While at STORE. Neal originated and underwrote $2B in transactions across various retail, service-oriented (e.g. restaurants. car washes. behavioral healthcare. early childhood education. etc.). and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining STORE. Neal co-founded and operated a real estate portfolio that repositioned. redeveloped. constructed. and rented residential and commercial assets in the Phoenix MSA The portfolio focused on distressed assets and the opportunistic construction of new units in infill areas.

Neal grew up on the front range in Colorado and graduated from the University of Denver with degrees in finance and real estate/construction management. He has an appreciation for the outdoors and a passion for thoughtful Land use that preserves the natural character of the American Landscape. Neat earned his law degree from Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and is licensed to practice in AZ and CA Neal is also a licensed broker in the State of California
