A different kind of
investment bank
Capital Insight (CI) is an investment banking business providing diversified financial advisory services to franchisees, franchisors and independent chains with a national or regional presence.
CI prioritizes relationships and results through its focus on business fundamentals: hard work, domain expertise, critical thinking, responsiveness and transparency — a long-term, results-oriented, client-centric approach built on resourcefulness, trust and integrity.
Mission
Maintain a long-term, results-oriented, client-centric ethos to always act in our clients' best interests. CI is committed to optimizing outcomes for our clients through resourcefulness, responsiveness, trust, integrity and transparency.
Vision
Maintain the highest level of real-time industry and capital markets knowledge — activated through domain expertise, tangible experience, market presence, uncompromising integrity, and by simply being likable people.
Credibility
Established institutional credibility affords CI access to the decision makers and critical capital market participants for the benefit of our clients — and a curated process built on accountability.
Services
Advisory built around your objective
Five specialized practice areas, each managed to an institutional level of accountability.
Sell Side M&A
CI's confidential sell-side process is highly disciplined and comprehensive, recognizing that each business — and each owner's objective — is unique. Planning, preparation and execution are managed to an institutional level of accountability from first conversation through close.
Buy Side M&A
We gain a deep level of insight into our clients' business so that we are in the strongest possible position to negotiate from strength. Every acquisition is tested against strategy, structure and long-term value before it is pursued.
Corporate Finance
The proper capitalization of a company — created through newly-sourced and/or redeployed capital — allows for equity risk diversification, improved cash flow and accelerated growth. We originate debt and equity across an expansive network of capital market participants.
Sale Leaseback
Knowing how to best leverage the value and mitigate the liabilities associated with real estate assets is both an art and a science. Ours is built through practical experience executing sale leasebacks representing billions of dollars and thousands of properties.
Distressed Financial Advisory
CI provides operational and financial strategies for companies that are experiencing or contemplating restructuring or bankruptcy. Our services include the development and execution of financial strategies designed to optimize the established outcome through turnaround, renegotiating and restructuring of debt and lease obligations.
