Mr. Giardina is head of the firm’s Interim Asset Management group relating to restaurant, convenience and gas, and real estate assets, and advises clients on a broad range of transactions. Prior to joining Capital Insight, Mr. Giardina served in the roles of Managing Director of Enterprise Assets, Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Vice President at Trigild Incorporated, a firm that specializes in distressed assets.

Mr. Giardina has had direct operational responsibility for thirty-five (35) different brands, involving more than 1,200 restaurants & convenience and gas stores, and revenues totaling approximately $2.5 billion. Mr. Giardina brings 30 years of successful business experience with him and has held Senior Management and Executive level positions with Boston Market, Chuck E Cheese, Bennigan’s, Steak and Ale, and Peter Piper Pizza. Mr. Giardina has been responsible for and successful in areas including development, construction, human resources, strategic planning, disposition, and, most importantly, complete profit and loss accountability within the Family Dining, Casual Dining, and QSR segments of the restaurant industry. Additionally, he has been appointed Chief Restructuring Officer, Receiver, and as an operations consultant for all of the major franchise finance lenders in the restaurant and C&G industries.

Mr. Giardina is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and graduated with a degree in Psychology from Illinois State University.
