Mr. Westling is responsible for the origination of client engagements for the firm as well as the structuring and execution of real-estate related transactions. He is also actively involved in the underwriting, analysis and research activities within CI.
Prior to joining CI, Mr. Westling was Vice President of Acquisitions and Development for NCH Corporation/Transwest Properties (“NCH”) in Tucson, Arizona. Mr. Westling was responsible for analyzing acquisition and development opportunities in the Southwest. Under his direction, NCH acquired over $1.1 billion of properties including apartments, hotels, retail space and condominiums and developed and constructed over $250 million of shopping centers, office buildings, apartments and hotel projects as principals. In addition, Mr. Westling successfully purchased, financed and entitled hundreds of acres of residential real estate for the NCH portfolio.
Prior to joining NCH, Mr. Westling was a Vice President for Shanahan Brothers Construction, Inc., (“SBC”) where he was primarily responsible for refocusing the company to emphasize ROI as well as business efficiencies to reduce costs.

Lee Cohn

Mr. Cohn is recognized as one of the leading experts in restaurant concept development, management and operations. With over 35 years experience in the industry in a number of executive roles with leading concepts, he is an integral component to CI's presence in the restaurant sector.
He currently serves as a leading restaurant consultant and advisor who has completed assignments in the United States and Asia. His recent projects included the sale of Mastro’s Steak House Group, creating foodservice facilities for a leading casino in Louisiana and creating a restaurant concept in Hong Kong. Mr. Cohn began his career by co-founding Big 4 Restaurants, Inc. and he co-developed Ed Debevic's, a small chain of classic 1950s and 1960s theme restaurants, with renowned restaurateur Rich Melman of Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises. Mr. Cohn was awarded the first Entrepreneur of the Year Award from Arizona State University in 1984.
Mr. Cohn also currently serves on the Board of Directors of Morton’s Restaurant Group, Marie Callendar’s Restaurant and Bakery, McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant, Quaker Steak and Lube motor-themed restaurants, Mastro’s Steak House Group and Real Food Daily, a chain serving organic vegan cuisine. Mr. Cohn has served on several community boards, including Valley Big Brothers and Sisters, the Phoenix Thunderbirds, Boys Hope-Girls Hope, the Phoenix Ballet, the BCS Fiesta Bowl and the Young Presidents Organization. He is a graduate of Arizona State University.
Jacob S. Garcia

Mr. Garcia is actively involved in the financial modeling, analysis and research activities within CI. Prior to joining CI, Mr. Garcia was a Policy Analyst for Credit Suisse’s Life Finance Group in Charlotte, North Carolina.
He was involved in the value analysis and due diligence, pertaining to life insurance policies (ranging from $100k – $10 million) that the group bought, sold and traded. Mr. Garcia has also passed Level I of the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) exam. Mr. Garcia graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance.
