CI’s Role:
The bankers of CI have been retained as the exclusive financial advisor to Oregano’s Pizza Bistro, Inc. (“Oregano’s”), in the recapitalization of the corporate balance sheet in order to refinance current debt and provide a development line of credit to facilitate future growth. Services include preparation of a descriptive memorandum relating to the transaction; the identification and selection of financing counter-parties; assisting the Company in the evaluation of alternative financing proposals and in the negotiation of proposed terms and conditions; assisting the Company in the response to due diligence requests made by financing counter-parties; and assisting the Company in the negotiation of commitments and definitive documentation related to the transaction.
